Bonjour et bienvenue sur mon blog ! Je m'appelle Lily et je suis une Fran\u00e7aise de 30 ans et plus (je ne donne pas mon \u00e2ge exact, non pas parce que j'ai honte ou que je suis timide, mais parce que je ne veux pas avoir \u00e0 mettre cette page \u00e0 jour chaque ann\u00e9e). J'ai commenc\u00e9 la randonn\u00e9e en 2019 et depuis, je d\u00e9couvre continuellement le Royaume-Uni, une randonn\u00e9e \u00e0 la fois.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mon histoire<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Je suis arriv\u00e9 au Royaume-Uni en 2012 et pendant sept ans, tous les endroits que je connaissais et que j'avais visit\u00e9s \u00e9taient situ\u00e9s \u00e0 Londres (sauf Brighton par une journ\u00e9e ensoleill\u00e9e, bien s\u00fbr !).<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

En 2018, j'ai chang\u00e9 de carri\u00e8re et suis pass\u00e9 d'un travail intense bas\u00e9 sur les quarts \u00e0 la tranquillit\u00e9 d'un horaire de 9h \u00e0 17h. Au d\u00e9but, j'avais l'impression que mon r\u00eave devenait r\u00e9alit\u00e9. Mais j'ai vite r\u00e9alis\u00e9 que m\u00eame si j'avais mes week-ends de libre, je ne savais pas quoi faire.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ce n'est qu'un an plus tard qu'un ami m'a emmen\u00e9 en randonn\u00e9e pour la premi\u00e8re fois. Pour \u00eatre honn\u00eate avec vous, je n'ai jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 une personne athl\u00e9tique. Malgr\u00e9 avoir essay\u00e9 tant de sports, je me retrouvais souvent \u00e0 \u00eatre nulle ou \u00e0 les d\u00e9tester.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rien n'a march\u00e9 pour moi jusqu'\u00e0 ce jour !<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I<\/span> je n'arrivais pas \u00e0 croire que non seulement j'aimais \u00eatre dehors (et nous avons eu toutes sortes de temps ce jour-l\u00e0), mais je me d\u00e9brouillais aussi plut\u00f4t bien \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que c'\u00e9tait 26 km avec pas mal de c\u00f4tes ! Je n'ai vraiment pas choisi une randonn\u00e9e facile pour d\u00e9buter, mais c'\u00e9tait suffisant pour en tomber amoureuse. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2705 Je me suis fait de nouveaux amis qui partagent le m\u00eame int\u00e9r\u00eat et gosh, je ne sais pas comment j'aurais surv\u00e9cu au confinement sans nos soir\u00e9es jeux en ligne !<\/span>
\u2705 Je d\u00e9couvre de nouveaux endroits pr\u00e8s de Londres chaque semaine<\/span>
J'ai fait des randonn\u00e9es au Royaume-Uni<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pourquoi je veux aider les gens<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Quand j'ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 chercher en ligne des id\u00e9es et de l'inspiration pour des randonn\u00e9es accessibles depuis Londres, j'ai pens\u00e9 que je trouverais une infinit\u00e9 d'options, mais \u00e0 la place, je n'ai rien trouv\u00e9 ! Juste quelques blogueurs de voyage qui, plus probablement, ne sont jamais venus \u00e0 Londres, et un article sur \u201c<\/span>se promener dans un parc<\/span><\/i>\u201dstyle de randonn\u00e9es.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
