N'\u00e9tant pas encore pr\u00eat \u00e0 m'aventurer trop loin de Londres, j'ai eu la chance de recevoir un SMS d'un ami qui vit \u00e0 Epping Green pour venir y faire une randonn\u00e9e avec lui. Il a combin\u00e9 trois boucles qu'il a d\u00e9couvertes lors de ses promenades quotidiennes pendant le lockdown pour en faire une randonn\u00e9e plus longue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Que vous viviez dans la r\u00e9gion ou que vous soyez un Londonien d\u00e9sireux de s'\u00e9vader \u00e0 la campagne apr\u00e8s trois mois d'enfermement, cette promenade est faite pour vous. Notez \u00e9galement que vous pouvez faire 1, 2 ou 3 boucles, ce qui offre de nombreuses possibilit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-logistic-for-the-epping-circular-walks\">Logistique pour les promenades circulaires d'Epping<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Distance<\/strong>: 10.12 miles (16.3 km) &#8211; you can shorten it, depending on how many loops you want to do<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Mont\u00e9e<\/strong>: 108 m<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Difficult\u00e9<\/strong>: Facile<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Estimation de la marche<\/strong>: 3 heures et demie pour les trois boucles cons\u00e9cutives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Comment s'y rendre<\/strong>: Central Line jusqu'\u00e0 Epping Station (dernier arr\u00eat). Vous pouvez ensuite marcher 6,43 km (4 miles) ou 12,8 km (8 miles) si vous le faites aussi sur le chemin du retour, pour arriver \u00e0 Epping Green. Vous pouvez \u00e9galement commander un Uber (environ 10 \u00a3 par trajet).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Ce qu'il faut apporter<\/strong>v\u00eatements et chaussures confortables (pas de baskets recommand\u00e9es), gu\u00eatres (surtout s'il a plu pendant la semaine) collation pour la pause, eau (2 litres recommand\u00e9s)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-epping-green-circular-walks-description\">Description des promenades circulaires d'Epping Green<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-loop-1\">Boucle 1<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Hop on the Central Line and let&#8217;s go for a ride all the way to the terminus! For my part, I live in Ealing, basically the opposite, so I have to do the whole Central Line from one end to the other (approximately 1.5 hours sitting on the tube &#8211; thank God I downloaded some good podcasts for the ride). We arrive in the market town of <em><strong>Epping<\/strong><\/em> dans l'Essex. La ville est c\u00e9l\u00e8bre pour son march\u00e9 hebdomadaire qui a lieu le lundi depuis 1253. Si vous avez le temps de vous promener dans le centre-ville, vous y trouverez un certain nombre de b\u00e2timents class\u00e9s I et II. Le village est une ancienne route de march\u00e9. Il ne poss\u00e8de pas de magasins, mais deux pubs situ\u00e9s \u00e0 moins de 50 m\u00e8tres l'un de l'autre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Nous commen\u00e7ons notre promenade au pub Traveller's Friend et marchons le long de la B181 pendant un petit moment. Ensuite, nous mettons le pied sur les prairies verdoyantes. Le site, r\u00e9pertori\u00e9 comme for\u00eat depuis 900 ans, est constitu\u00e9 de ch\u00eanes. La r\u00e9serve a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9sign\u00e9e comme site sp\u00e9cial d'int\u00e9r\u00eat scientifique. Vous pouvez explorer les bois en empruntant de nombreux sentiers et chemins. We come face to face with a log blocking the way. Mais cette fois, nous marchons le long d'une infinit\u00e9 de champs de paille dor\u00e9e. Nous nous faisons engueuler par un agriculteur car l'un d'entre nous a march\u00e9 sur les cultures pour prendre un selfie avec la vue. De retour \u00e0 l'Ami des Voyageurs, nous marchons cette fois dans la direction oppos\u00e9e \u00e0 la premi\u00e8re boucle. Mais cela ne dure pas longtemps et nous retrouvons nos beaux champs dor\u00e9s. Nous nous arr\u00eatons au sommet d'une colline pour une petite collation.
