Le trajet dure 30 minutes. Si vous habitez vers le nord\/ouest de Londres, vous prenez le train direct de la gare de Harrow &amp; Wealdstone. Le trajet dure 20 minutes et est moins cher<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Il s'agit d'une promenade circulaire, vous pouvez donc r\u00e9server un billet aller-retour \u00e0 la journ\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Ce qu'il faut emporter : <\/strong> \n\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">V\u00eatements et chaussures confortables. Berkhamstead, qui est actuellement une ville de banlieue, a \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9e il y a 5 000 ans, comme en t\u00e9moignent les antiquit\u00e9s trouv\u00e9es dans la vall\u00e9e. Elle est devenue une ville importante pendant la conqu\u00eate normande en raison de son emplacement id\u00e9al sur une route principale entre Londres et les Midlands. Nous commen\u00e7ons l'ascension de&nbsp;<em><strong>Colline de Berkhamsted<\/strong><\/em>qui surplombe la ville. Alors que nous poursuivons notre promenade, nous sommes arr\u00eat\u00e9s par un veau qui s'est \u00e9chapp\u00e9 de l'enclos et s'est couch\u00e9 au milieu du sentier public, bien d\u00e9cid\u00e9 \u00e0 ne pas bouger. Nous cherchons le num\u00e9ro de la ferme en ligne et l'appelons. En sortant de la for\u00eat, nous pouvons enfin profiter d'une promenade un peu plus plate. Mais ce n'est que de courte dur\u00e9e, car nous recommen\u00e7ons \u00e0 grimper \u00e0 l'approche de la for\u00eat. <em><strong>Clement&#8217;s End<\/strong><\/em>. Nous continuons notre ascension et nous nous arr\u00eatons dans une zone foresti\u00e8re \u00e0 mi-chemin juste avant <em><strong>Dagnall<\/strong><\/em>. Nous nous asseyons sur un rondin, pensant que c'est l'endroit id\u00e9al, vu qu'apr\u00e8s ce sera une marche plate. Malheureusement pour nous, nous continuons \u00e0 monter jusqu'\u00e0 ce que nous atteignions les p\u00e2turages avant le village de Dagnall. La colline, \u00e9galement class\u00e9e comme site d'int\u00e9r\u00eat scientifique particulier, s'\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 249 m\u00e8tres au-dessus du niveau de la mer. Les traces d'activit\u00e9s humaines trouv\u00e9es sur la colline, telles que les tumulus, remontent \u00e0 l'\u00e2ge du bronze. Nous descendons ensuite jusqu'\u00e0 <em><strong>Paul&#8217;s Knob<\/strong><\/em>&nbsp;seulement pour grimper <em><strong>Colline Pitstone<\/strong><\/em> juste apr\u00e8s, qui est la derni\u00e8re colline de cette randonn\u00e9e. Il est le r\u00e9sultat de la fusion de plusieurs canaux entre 1894 et 1929 et a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place dans sa structure actuelle le 1er janvier 1929.
